(June 21, 2019, 9:35 pm)I've been to the majority of Planet Fitness's in Miami. The location in this community can step up their customer service. I personally expect better.
However, I think the general manager, Carlos, is doing a great job of getting the place running at a much higher standard. I applaud the way he's fixing things up.
