(July 20, 2017, 1:22 pm)Was in the area for vacation and dropped in for a couple day. The facility its self is amazing and had everything you would need. The staff was great, friendly , and knowledgeable when it came to doing the movements right. I dropped in for 4 days and i must say i was really impressed with the programming i was resented with.

Even the coaches missed me when I wasn't there. They truly care about you as a person and as an athlete!
