  I am an older guy in my late 60's. I have been training in the marital arts since 1996 under a variety of schools and instructors. Three years ago I discovered Blue Dragon in Miami Shores. The Blue Dragon program has been by far the most satisfying in terms of consistency, convenience, quality and pricing. I know exactly what to expect in training each time I step in the door. It is most important to note that after three years with Master Fruitstone, I feel I am in the best shape of my life. Master Fruitstone demands much of each of his students, but he treats all of us with fairness and understanding. Blue Dragon Taekwon-Do has my highest recommendation.

  Blue Dragon TKD is the best place to study Tae Kwon Do in Miami! The school is Internationally recognized. Master Fruitstone challenges his students to become not only better fighters but people through the 5 tenets of TKD; courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self control and indomitable spirit.

  Hands down, best Tae Kwon Do instructor and class in Miami shores. We highly recommend this school, very committed to the development of each student. Champions are made here..

  My son has been training with Master Fruitstone for almost ten years. Our experience has always been positive. Expectations are high and promotions are not easily given, they are earned. Students learn to work hard to reach their goals. My son started as a preschooler and he was taught the Tenents (courtesy, perseverance, integrity, self-control, and indomitable spirit) before he was allowed sparring. It was important for us that he understood the tenants as well as the oath, which includes never misusing TKD. Now as a teen, I can appreciate his physical abilities and the confidence it has given him. My husband and I feel blessed to have another positive role model in our son’s life. I highly recommend Blue Dragon.

  I have been studying TaeKwon-Do for over 39 years and I always find time
  when I am in Miami to stop by Blue Dragon TaeKwon-Do to take a class with Master Fruitstone. I have know him for years, he is a very complete instructor and Master of the art of TaeKwon-Do. His students are excellent and love his classes. As a 6th Degree black Belt and student of TaeKwon-Do, I recommend that you should train with Master Fruitstone.--John Dandeneau
