William, the head of the GFive family is simply the best … he motivates me with his no nonsense phrases and loud laughter while telling stories … he made me feel welcome on day one and has continued to do so each day I workout… I mean come on , how many gym owners will reach out by phone to their members and check on them and see how everything is going? His daughter Valentina is also amazing and welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about alternative exercises if necessary … I could go on for pages with the great things happening in this gym , but the people you meet as workout partners and the motivating staff make it worth every penny and drop of sweat . Let’s Go!!!!

(May 12, 2022, 6:04 pm)Amazing. William and his staff have been fantastic since I started in December. Coming off my second knee surgery, I was very apprehensive returning to the gym. G-Five is way more than a gym, it's a culture that let's you improve your body and mind at YOUR pace. Needless to say, I look forward to waking up in the mornings for my workout. Try it, you will not be disappointed.

(March 12, 2020, 11:54 am)If you're afraid of CrossFit this is the circuit training gym do you need the join. The workouts are challenging but the trainers will minimize the risk of injury. The class ratio is kept very low so you'll have that personalized attention from the fitness trainers.
