Brooke was the agent who represented my mother on the sale of her villa in Tamarac… To say she went above and beyond would be understating her effort… Brooke brought us a qualified mortgage approved buyer in April2021… The HOA turned the buyer down.. Brooke relisted the property and brought a second mortgage approved buyer and again the HOA turned them down… A third qualified , mortgage approved buyer was also turned down by the HOA… All 3 buyers were racially profiled in our opinion… The 4th buyer was finally approved 9 months after the initial buyer and the sale was closed… But Brooke took every disappointment in stride… Never complained, continued to meet every inspector and an occasional repairman to accommodate my mother…She basically sold one property 4 times… Hall of fame effort… Hire Brooke if your buying or selling… You won’t be disappointed…

Brooke goes above and beyond and was in our corner every step of the way. She made sure the home buying process was easy as could be for us (and fun!). We both feel as if we made a life long family friend and believe that anyone would be lucky to have her as a realtor! She was recommended by an acquaintance after my family had difficulty finding a place in South Florida after relocating to the region. I had been in contact with multiple realtors previous to contacting Brooke, and the communication/professionalism/outcome from those realtors was dismal, at best.
