“Very nice place where you can work out without the lines of people on every machine. Very friendly owner and locals. Only bad thing is some of the cushions on 1 or 2 machines are damaged and some of the 2nd floor machines are really out of date. Other than that, this is a great place where you can come and focus on your work out. The plans are very affordable specially for women, and best of all you dont have to give all your personal information such as YouFit and no contracts such as LA Fitness. Great gym would recomend to anyone that comutes or lives nearby.”

“Amazing establishment. That's what all barbershops should be ran like. Everyone in there is a professional barber. They don't have backyard barbers. Owner is doing an amazing job running it and also cutting hair (first chair on the left). My barber who only speaks Spanish and despite the fact that I only speak English I still come out with a better cut then any other barber does after explaining. Definitely recommended, I drive half an hour to come here and back from pines.”

“Love this place. The front desk staff (all of them) are wonderful, helpful and always willing to help. Each instructor has their own amazing way they bring the Pilates to you. All instructors that I have had the privilege to get to know are great. Only tiny thing that would make my experience even better would be to place a small bench in the rest room to make getting changed (for work) much easier. “I've been passing by the big F45 logo for a while now and I finally decide to give it a try and figure out what F45 means. F45 defined by them as Functional Training for 45 minutes. First impression, Super impressed by the gym and the facility and how clean it was. So many different equipment options, couldn't wait to try some new workouts. They accommodate for all people, all shapes , sizes, and gender. They have extremely friendly staff and very knowledgeable trainers. The Check in processes needs some work but very happy with how I was greeted and showed around the gym and introduced to the other trainers in the class that evening. They have several TVs hanging around the walls showing you the next workout, if you are ever lost to look up and check the monitor, and if the trainer was around he would demonstrate it for you. To start we did about a 5-7 minute warm-up to get the blood pumping. (Great thing, can't workout on a cold start) Once the was done we jumped in to our zones. Each zone may vary between 3-4 people and they do about 3-4 rounds with short rest in between. Very normal for a High intensity interval training workout. Their workouts vary everyday and so you target different muscle groups each time. On the particular night I was involved with a heavy cardio day and light weights. I would definitely come back to this location. Reasons why it didn't get 5 Stars 1. No after workout stretch 2. No Showers 3. Music selection”
