“Fannie is so beyond great! I've tried so many different groomers in Miami and nobody leaves my dog Lulu more neat and tidy than Fannie. I don't understand how she does it, but Lulu ends up look like cotton candy -- it's the CUTEST thing!!! Fannie is so nice, polite, accommodating and, most importantly, she really knows what she is doing. She is so patient and always explains what she is doing next and why, which she knows I appreciate. Possibly my favorite thing about her service is how responsive she is when I have any questions. 100% my favorite groomer in Miami!”

“I had been very excited and eager to receive my first ball python. When FedEx arrived at my door, I was ready with the door open. I took my box into my possession and immediately opened it. It was packaged properly and safely for the snake. When I opened her bag and looked inside and saw her, I was even more excited. I carefully reached in to remove her from the bag. I was very careful seeing that she had been through an unknown type of trip. I briefly rubbed her then set her into her enclosure/home. She moved around the enclosure immediately and although it was suggested not to handle her much before she is use to her new home, I picked her up she moved around my arms. My wife and kids who are afraid of snakes fell in love with her and looks at her enclosure non-stop. We all love her, Ziggy, and will be purchasing another one very soon. Thanks xyzreptiles.”

We were in and out, having seen everything, within probably 45 minutes max. We could have gone back in throughout the day to see some of their feedings or talks, but it's kind of a one time through thing.”

“I used to get my fishes from different places but after a couple of them dying on me I decided to try someone local. This pet shop has the most gorgeous fishes Ive seen. Each one I gotten survived longer than any other shop. They grew even more beautiful. This place also has amazing birds. I can’t wait to go again!”

“STELLAR service. I purchased my 2nd Scottish Fold from Happy Paws for my existing kitten as a playmate. The service I received from the moment I inquired on a particular kitty to after shipment has been probably the best, most attentive, most knowledgeable I have ever experienced. She was in full contact all ship date and since shipment 3 days later. My kitty came with the most amazing personality and temperament. Wherever she was raised, they did an excellent job. Happy Paws response time has probably been within 10 min whether phone or email. Even very early emails get a response. I am so pleased that I am working with her now to purchase another baby since my 1st kitty sadly passed during a operation for a broken leg. I am heartbroken but feel at peace knowing Happy Paws is there to help find me the perfect companion for both me and my new baby Calypso. “As a lover of all food I can say that Jamaican is 1 of my favorites. I’m in south Florida for a night on a layover headed to Columbia. I’m craving oxtails. My college friend is my host for the night and when I mention Jamaican food he says, “say no more”. We walk into a small empty dining room. Ginger Beer, Oxtails, cabbage and rice & peas. The Plantains were just a little crispy on the edges which is just how i like them. Oxtails were in a rich and savory gravy. Good presentation. Overall I’m impressed and recommend stopping by. I’ll be back.”
