The wait time varies, sometimes were in & out in an hour or so, sometimes we wait hours to get a door. No biggy! It comes with the trade! Overall they are a good group to haul for. “Recently we moved from MIA to CO and I was surprised how everything went so smoothly. Not a 5 stars because the salesperson told me that 2 relucubes could easily fits my 2 bedrooms and that's was very inaccurate. The cubes are very small. We ended up adding, on the last minute, 1 more cube or we would lose half of our furniture. Also, the movers /helpers are very nice and they tried to "puzzle" my stuff as much as they could. Besides that, very nice overall and would use again.”

“Convenience is the name of this game. The POD was dropped in front of my old house and I was able to take my time to fill it up. Then it was picked up, stored and then delivered to my new property. Plus it was cheaper then to rent a truck, then a storage, then another truck for when I was ready. Not to mention the effort it would take to do all of that.”
