“I’ve had issues with my phone; calls not coming in and the woman who was there tonight working has helped me on a few occasions with my cell phone and has gone completely above and beyond to help me get my calls working. I don’t know if she is the manager? but on two separate occasions; tonight and last week, she spent time talking with me empathizing with my frustrations I thought it was just a carrier issue from converting to sprint to T-Mobile; she spent I would say about a total of 3 hours helping me on the phone with customer support. The other representatives not as helpful but I give five stars because of her going above and beyond; thank you again much appreciated! Seriously this girl deserves a raise, not once did she dismiss my phone issues or tell me to go to Apple tell me to go to sprint; she gave the ultimate customer service experience; being someone who has worked in retail/customer service I can tell you it’s more than just a job for her, she genuinely cares about her customers, she literally worked side-by-side with me to troubleshoot whereas some of them will just completely dismiss the issue and pass the buck and say contact Apple or contact Sprint…I failed to catch her name; And I regret that however I’m hoping that this review Not only expresses my gratitude but if this woman is up for a promotion or raise she 100% deserves it; Thank you again for making an excruciating painful and frustrating experience a little bit more tolerable your patience and understanding goes probably farther than you know.”

“I bought a used 2015 Ram 2500 pickup here 2 months ago. The salesman I worked with was Caesar and I worked with Mario for the pricing. I wanted to wait a few months to make sure the truck was solid before writing a review. They both did a great job getting me a great truck at a good price. They purchase many of their trucks at auction and put the posting up online at the total price they are in after fees and shipping etc (plus a bit I'm sure). Where they make their real money is in the dealer fees / inspection costs etc. The fees are expensive (mine were something like 2500) but when added to their online posted price, it was a fair if not good price for the truck. In the end, I looked for around 6 months for a new truck and I ended up buying it from them for at least 3k less than any other truck I put an offer on. The vehicles are used... it's up to the buyer to make sure you're getting a decent car. If you don't know what you're looking at, get an inspection done by your own mechanic (it's around $200 at most mobile mechanics) I was happy with the service I recieved from them and they also work well with tropical financial credit union to get a good deal on financing. They had quite a few trucks in their lot at what looked like great prices. I will definitely be going back if I end up In the market for another truck.”

“Location is always clean, well-stocked with a variety of good product options & also tends to have new, unique, higher quality products that Ive never seen or aren't available at other locations. For the most part the staff are always friendly, helpful, patient, & knowledgeable. The only reasons I've given 4 rather than 5 stars are that the checkout experience tends to be extremely slow & they often only have one register open even when the line becomes badly backed up, though this is probably not the fault of the employees and moreso due to understaffing MOST days. The second reason for this is one employee, who I believe is also a manager, & her bad attitude.”
