“Great company. I live in a big house in Miami Shores, and from time to time, some unwanted visitors show up. I tried about 4 companies till I got to Truly Nolen. What a difference! Antonio, a sales manager showed up and made me calm right away saying that he would take care of everything...and that was exactly what happened! He personally set the traps and we caught them one by one. Now, every time that I have a unwanted visitor, I call him and he is here on the same day! He said he would take care of me, and that is exactly what he does! Besides Antonio, ALL the team is attentive and nice. Paul, came here to my house and took his time to look around and right away found a big hole on the wall to the A/C unit. Filling the hole was not his job, but without hesitation, he got a bucket of cement from his car, and filled in the hole for me. Fantastic professional!!! Thank you so much for being there for me!!!”

The facility is nice, not too big but comfortable. From the receptionist to the doctor, they are so caring and friendly. But, and I saved this for the end, they are super duper HONEST. When they give you a budget, you can believe that's what it is. They won't make up any extra works to inflate and charge more than yout should really pay. Really affordable. I initially considered having the BMW dealership repair my car but felt very uncomfortable after seeing 20+ service reps alternating between customers and noticing a very busy waiting area. I called and received a very fair quote (about 25% less than the dealer), so I decided to give them a try. I took my car in for maintenance, basically an oil change, tune-up, and engine diagnosis. They completed all the necessary work in a very minimal amount of time and kept me informed about the exact services to be performed.
