(February 5, 2019, 9:38 am)Totally remodeled and funky fresh. Sliding glass shower doors, pocket door for bathroom, and barn door to separate the sink and makeup room from main/bedroom area. Comfortable and have fresh white sheets/linens that are so clean. The bed is also raised so there is storage for your empty luggage and backpacks. Huge 55" flat screen TV. There's also a mini fridge that looks more like a wine chiller, but it works. There is an iron and board and a hair dryer in each room. Open hanging bar for shirts and pants with those type of hangers provided. I love the little knob off of the closet that allows you to hang a item and steam it, if you brought your own steamer. Gone are little Micky Mouse shampoo and soap bottles for a cruise ship type "hotel refillable trio" of soap/shampoo/conditioner. HUGE improvements over most hotel rooms at this price point.
(January 16, 2019, 12:27 pm)We stayed at Pop century resort for 1 week. We had very good time. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are small but very well organized. Service was great. Only thing we were missing is microwave in the room because it is lot convenient when you have small kids with you to warm up their milk.
Hey people, we did not find this out till second day of my trip that any regular pass holder for Disney 4 parks get 3 rides fast passes for free. You can check Walt Disney app for more details or check with resort staff. Basically you are able to block rides for particular time. It really helps when you face big line ups.
(January 14, 2019, 6:08 pm)First stay at Pop Century after two previous stays at sister resort Art of Animation. Love them both equally. Plenty of things to explore and sights to see on the resort grounds. Lots of pools and amenities, especially for the kids. The food here is just as good as most other quick service options. We stayed in the seventies fairly close to the main building. Rooms were clean, well maintained each day, and service was always friendly and helpful. The noise levels were a little high but nothing unexpected and it didn't bother us at all. It is Disney and everyone is here to enjoy themselves! We would definitely stay again.
(January 9, 2019, 7:09 pm)The resort is a very family oriented resort but has enough adult activities to keep the hole family happy. We are annual pass holders and have always enjoyed staying at a Disney resort. I give the resort and staff a five out of five. The room was very clean and everything was update with a fresh look. The beds are very comfortable. The only think that bothered me was the price and size of the refillable Disney cup. For the $18+ dollar the cup is of a very small size making it not really worth the money for time and effort wasted on such a small volume of soda at a time. The cup has a chip in the bottom of it only allowing so much soda in an allotted time. Then you have to wait again for more soda on a $18 dollar small cup that is refillable. Other than that it was awesome
