  This school was one of the BEST schools i had ever went to. I still remembered my best moments and the time when i first started there.The staff was perfect and the school was always organized and clean and up to date. IN REMEMBRANCE OF 2015!!

  My son has attended this school from day one of it opening its door. Yes they have had challenges but each year gets better and better. Any time I have had an issue I have beed able to communicate with the Principal, assistant Principal, additional staff and of course his teachers. The staff knows all the children greets them by name, always giving words of encouragement.They are amazing and I must admit my child was not an easy child to deal with when he first started at this school. I actually thought he would get kicked out but no they worked with him Mr. Taylor sat with him encouraged him and so did other staff member along with his teachers. Now my son is a star student from his behavior to his grades all because they didn't give up on him, they worked with him gave him tools to better himself and his grades. Mrs Archer his 2nd grade teacher and Mrs Moore now 3rd grade teachers are AMAZING. I went to volunteer at his school and I walked up on a conversation that he was having with the front desk staff . She was saying how proud she was of him and how much he had improved. That made me super proud to have chosen Renaissance At Crown Point for my child. I feel that negative comments are truly irrelevant and I have only heard of 2 fights at this school and from my knowledge they were handled professionally. This school does not tolerate bullying #FACT# JUST Go spend sometime at the school, make random pop ups as I do ,to see whats really happening. The teachers and staff ARE amazing. My 2 grandchildren now attend this school and they love it and everyone there. Thank you My Taylor and staff for all that you do for our children.

  It's a new school, my child loves this school. The only thing I don't really like is waiting in the car line. I usually pick up my child at 3:30 when there is no wait.

  This school is good, but the food here is sub-par. The staff is friendly and nice, and there is amazing teachers, for example, Ms. Casas. But the food makes me throw up. The 6th Grade P.E. teacher is MEAN, and people don't really enjoy it. I'd give this school 5 stars if they had better food. But parents can't bring food for their kids! My sister tried to bring me McDonald's one day, but they didn't allow her! But they have a great education and nice people to be friends with, so I give it 4 stars.

  Principal and Special's Teachers greet and help out students out of the car each morning. Second year at the school and there has always been communication with the teachers via Edmodo or emails. Their classroom's phone number is also provided and parents can call if needed. Cynthia and Sierra at the Front office are very professional and helpful. I believe the key to have a positive experience at this school (and any other school) is to read all communication sent home. The principal sends out weekly emails as well as emails throughout the week (as needed) to communicate and update parents. Volunteer hours are required and a great way to be involved in our children's education and in the community.
