“I have been practicing here for years. Maria's studio is clean, and the teachers/students are welcoming. Plus, they offer massage "on site". Getting a massage after a Bikram practice is the BEST, as your muscles are warm. Maria has showers, and you can go into your massage right after your shower. She even provides robes for extra comfort. It's a great way to take care of yourself: mind, body and spirit~”

“This gym has proven to be a perfect fit for me. The 30 minute workouts fly by, and I love that I can just drop in at any time rather than having a set class time to fit into my schedule. All of the trainers are very friendly and approachable, and they also know just how to push each person to get a great workout each day! I recently participated in their 6-week fitness and nutrition transformation for my first few weeks as a part of this gym, and the results were wonderful!
