  This 9Round is incredible. I have a membership in MD but worked out here a handful of times while visiting Orlando on an extended business trip. The facility itself is clean and organized, the equipment is all well-maintained, and the energy from the trainers and other members is palpable. They were welcoming, friendly and encouraging. Every one of my workouts left me completely spent but excited to get back for another session. The trainers expect you to give your all and are there with you every step of the way, challenging you and pushing you and sometimes even participating. I'd be grateful for another excuse to get back.

  This gym has proven to be a perfect fit for me. The 30 minute workouts fly by, and I love that I can just drop in at any time rather than having a set class time to fit into my schedule. All of the trainers are very friendly and approachable, and they also know just how to push each person to get a great workout each day! I recently participated in their 6-week fitness and nutrition transformation for my first few weeks as a part of this gym, and the results were wonderful! I lost 20 lbs in that short period of time, and more importantly - I feel great! I’m so happy to have found this great place to continue my fitness journey, and I highly recommend giving it a try!

  I could not be more obsessed with this gym! It’s made working out so much fun, and it actually makes me want to work out! I feel myself getting stronger as well as developing my boxing skills. The trainers are incredibly friendly, patient and dedicated which makes my workouts that much more enjoyable!

  I have never smiled after a workout or felt that I wanted to stick with something. This is fun and definitely works. Everyone is so helpful and each workout is different.

  Fun and exciting atmosphere to work out. Never boring. The trainers are awesome. They are always prompt to help. This place is more like a family and for sure we get addicted to it. Highly recommended. Beyond any work out that I ever had. Stop by to see for yourself you won't regret it.
