  Extremely clean and great atmosphere to workout in. High intensity training and seeing great results in a period of 6 months.
  
  The hardest part for anyone would be changing their diet and focusing on an everyday change. However Chris makes it easy to digest and make that change possible.
  If any of my friends wanted to change their bodies, I’d send them to Fitness Life Consulting, first.

  As someone who had never had a fitness routine, I decided to begin training with Christopher earlier this year. I was a person who was intimidated by the gym scene, and didn't have a clear direction of what I wanted to achieve.
  
  Over the course of five months of training with Christopher, I've seen drastic changes in my body, health, and well-being.
  
  Christopher utilizes healthy and natural techniques to achieve your fitness goals. His training is tailored to fit the needs of each client. He also creates an environment in Fitness Life Consulting that is comfortable and welcoming to clients from all walks of life.
  
  I couldn't recommend Christopher enough to anyone that is looking to make real changes in their life.

  I can't say how thankful I am for Christopher and his dedication to helping me lose weight and get in better shape. Knowledge is a huge portion of fitness which Christopher has, but ones personality is too. Christopher has found the right balance between supporting you but also pushing you to your limited and pass them.

  I been working out with Chris at his studio and I'm so happy with my results, is amazing how much knowledge he has to offer and how much he cares for your development, I wanted a trainer that is honest, hard worker, great personality, someone with knowledge and someone who pushes you to the max where at the end of the day you can see the results abs Chris meets all my requirements, the facility is clean, and has all the equipments needed for your work out! Only been working out for a bit over a month and have ways to go for my goal but the results I'm already seeing keeps me wanting to go there all the time! If you need a PT look no further. 5 starts from a very happy client.

  I have been a client of Christopher for four months. The best thing about him is he always keeps a positive attitude and keeps you motivated. He's taught me how to eat healthier and make better food choices. His attention to detail includes planning work outs on my days when I do not see him. He text me exercises and makes sure I stay on my nutrition plan. He makes me feel comfortable because he is patient and is willing to work with me on difficult exercises. I have seen results with a decrease in my body Fat. My abdominal fat has shrunk and I have gained muscle mass! I look forward to seeing more results.
