“I had a GREAT spa experience celebrating my birthday at Blue Harmony spa. I was visiting Orlando from Washington DC and the spa experience was much needed. The facilities were clean and smelled great throughout to provide a calming/relaxing environment. I had a massage from Jennifer who helped me release stress and pain from my body, it was a great massage experience. Also, there was a great deal on enhancements, which were a great additive to the massage.. It was very peaceful and tranquil treatment. I received a facial from Genevieve which was exhilarating. We had great conversation and my skin was glowing after her treatment.The relaxation room,pool and steam room were great amenities while waiting in between services. All of the staff were friendly and provided great customer care. I will be sure to return on my next trip to Orlando..thank you for a great birthday experience ladies!!!”

“Brand new amazing hotel in the Bonnett Creek area of Disneyworld. This high end Marriott (JW) has a super sleek look to it. Lobby is welcoming and well trained front desk personnel are excited to see the guests. Plenty of well spaced areas in the lobby for small groups to stay within themselves and still have needed space. Bell staff / luggage staff very helpful and rake the time to tell you about the hotel. Rooms are very clean , well lit and modern. Great bedding and sheets. Remote controls are even placed in plastic bags for your safety. Small disinfectant package is even in the room complete with sanitizer and wipes with wipes. Restaurant “unReserved” had great managerial service ( he came from another high end Marriott to help with this opening and it showed) Bar staff in lobby bar were welcoming and personable ( and very happy to have guests). A few minor areas for improvement,,,,,,,slightly better communication once you book hotel to let patrons know they must reserve the very limited pool or exercise room useage due to safety protocols. We were unable to get any pool access on our trip and found gym times somewhat unaccommodating.”

“Very nice resort. Nice scenery. Staff was very pleasant and professional. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. we stayed in the standard room. It has a small fridge. But no microwave so you won't be able to warm up left overs. Perfect location for Disney goers. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.”

“This place really excels at two things, the Omelette bar and the fresh orange juice. If you like these two things as a mine part of your breakfast this place might be for you. Outside of these two items there is a good variety of breakfast buffet items of standard quality, though slightly better quality than a standard buffet. The buffet includes som Krispy Kreme doughnuts that promise to be a hit with the younger or sugar loving crowds. My wife and I had the buffet twice, once complimentary and once full price. Averaging the two experiences and costs made the choice a no brained but I’m not sure that I would have paid for it twice. If you want an easy access breakfast with good variety this may be the right place for you, especially if you are hosting a family or a larger crew with diverse tastes. It is also right next to one of the pools which is extremely convenient. If you are looking for a gourmet breakfast or something a bit more than standard fare you might try ordering off the menu or finding a more specialized spot, but this place should certainly meet most groups needs and keep everyone happy.”
