That was frightening because we had driven over an hour to the appointment (I had taken time off of work to get my mom there) and I was sure that they were going to turn us away. Our first experience was with some VERY patience and kind front desk people who FOUND A WAY and I was so appreciative!!! Our second encounter with the staff was a very kind and patient nurse, then Dr. Mike was AMAZING (like a God! LOL!) and lastly when they were making her MRI appointment they made us feel so valuable and they were also so considerate and patient. My mom has not had that kind of experience with a physician's office in a long, long time. We just love them!!!”
