Love 9Round! My favorite workout by far. Helpful staff and fun environment.

Love these workouts! They are different every day and the trainers keep you in great form while keeping the energy high! If you are like me and want to take a class but need them to start when you are ready 9ROUND is perfect. Every round lasts 3 minutes so you jump in when you are ready. Work out hard and 30 minutes later you’re done.

9 round is the best workout I have ever committed to. I have done it over 400 times and its the variety and intensity you set with the help of trainers is the key. You can do almost anything for 3 minutes and you do that 9 times with 30 second breaks. The staff at this location are awesome as is the manager and I highly recommend it to anyone regardless of skill set since you can learn so much and surprise yourself what you are capable of. 5 stars for sure!

All of the trainers here are extremely friendly and always willing to offer advice. If I'm feeling unmotivated they help push me through my workout. I also love how intense of a workout I am able to get in here in just 30 minutes!
