“I was not provided the type of car I rented (large SUV) when I arrived at the airport in Orlando. For the size of my family and luggage, this was very inconvenient. The agents at the airport were border-line rude and blew me off (I made a 2nd trip there). My son spotted the AVIS sign at this hotel and I went and spoke to them. The agents at this location took ownership of the issue and got me the correct car. I really appreciate their attitude and effort!”
