(November 9, 2018, 4:40 pm)I had to write a review and express my thank you to the maintenance guys here. They go above and beyond. I had no a/c in the middle of the night and a gentleman came out within 30minutes to fix which is a blessing as it was HOT. Whenever I have had an issue it has quickly been fixed. Unfortunately, I didn't receive this kind of service at my last place and felt I was a bother when I called so this is a Godsend and I am so appreciative to finally have such great service. From the office staff to maintenance I couldn't be more happy so Thank you for making me love where I live.

(November 9, 2018, 4:29 pm)My stay here so far has been nothing but pleasant. I was needing a place close to downtown but didn't want to be right in the city. Harper is only a 10-15min drive to work. I love the feel of the complex as it has large old oak trees and lots of landscape. The pool is to die for, the only downfall is the gym isn't open :(. The two bed I have is spacious and I love the open kitchen concept. Very updated and fresh. Overall quiet place to call home and the staff are all very friendly.

(November 6, 2018, 9:45 am)Moved in about 3 months ago and I really enjoy living here. They have had really cool events so far and the girls in the office are really nice. The area is great and close to the airport where I work. Maintenance is usually on top of everything. The only bad thing is that the gym is not open and that is a big deal for me because I don't want to have to travel to go to the gym. I'm hoping it will be open soon!

We've found the community to be very well maintained, the staff very customer service oriented, maintenance issues addressed timely, and good amenities on property. The location is very convenient for shopping, the airport, and getting around Orlando.
