“I have been attending to Move Pilates Center for more than 3 years, I arrived there looking for a way to improve my flexibility and make my articulations stronger to avoid injuries in my practice of running and triathlon. Since the first month I realized that it was what I needed. Plus, the classes are reduced in people, that let the instructor (Ligia) focus in very detail or mistake you could be doing on the exercises. The times I mention something that bothering during my training, she was a very good listener and found the way to help me with the appropriated exercises.
