  Love this place. The studio ia always neat, clean and in order. Classes are always with 4 people or less. The smooth voice of Ligia (the teacher) takes you along the class. Her guidance let you connect with yourself and your strength, keeping always a closer look to avoid you to injure. This is my third year with Move Pilates Center and I am really happy. Thank you Ligia for your wonderful classes.

  I have been attending to Move Pilates Center for more than 3 years, I arrived there looking for a way to improve my flexibility and make my articulations stronger to avoid injuries in my practice of running and triathlon. Since the first month I realized that it was what I needed.
  Plus, the classes are reduced in people, that let the instructor (Ligia) focus in very detail or mistake you could be doing on the exercises. The times I mention something that bothering during my training, she was a very good listener and found the way to help me with the appropriated exercises. I love this place, always clean and organized, people here really love what they do . Thank you Ligia !!!

  I have been attending classes at Move Pilates Center for a little over a year now. The classes are limited in size which affords a more personable experience and Ligia is able to watch her clients closely to make sure they are in correct alignment throughout all the movements during class. It is almost like having a one on one session. After having back surgery a few years ago and going through physical therapy and a personal trainer at a gym, I was still missing something in taking care of my back. Plus, I was scared to move for fear of injuring my back again. That is when I discovered Pilates. Pilates is what I was missing! I cannot say enough positive things about Ligia! She has helped me resolve several issues and I am no longer afraid to move. Her knowledge and experience in kinesiology, biomechanics and spine safety protocols are invaluable. Every class is different. She uses different tools to help strengthen you. During each class Ligia is teaching the whole time about how to move your muscles correctly. By the end of each class I am strengthened and my muscles have been stretched and I even feel taller. I am stronger than I was before my back surgery and I have Ligia to thank for that!

  I’ve enjoyed going to Move Pilates Center! Ligia uses a variety of equipment including reformer, tower, and wunda chair. Classes are different every time. Ligia takes the time to work with you and any body ailments you may have to make the class most beneficial. The studio is clean and airy! I leave feeling refreshed, strong, and rejuvenated!
