“My boo and I were having a lovely Saturday exploring lake Nona when we decided that we were hungry for something to really sink our teeth into! So we did a little research of some places around the area and came across Arepa Burger! We went inside not really knowing what to expect and were pleasantly surprised! We thought the menu was so unique! He got the arepa Burger and I got the special Burger. We also ordered a side of fries to share, and I got a Passion fruit drink. Everything was absolutely incredible! They also have a huge selection of sauces that you can dip your fries into or put on your burgers. I got cheese sauce and the infamous garlic sauce which they had a bottle of on every table... AND I SEE WHY! Me and my boo Literally wanted to drown in that garlic sauce! All of the meat was so delicious and perfectly seasoned! The fries were crispy.. seasoned.. and perfectly salty as well! My Passion juice was a little lacking in sugar but was still fresh and delicious. I would absolutely go back as the prices were right and the staff was super friendly!”

Dropping our car off was fast and effortless 5 days ago and the shuttle to the airport was just as easy and timely. Pick up from airport was fairly fast from the time we picked up our luggage to the shuttle stop. Your driver, Pedro, was courteous, very friendly, and welcoming us back from our travel tonight. He was helpful in quickly getting our car for us and played great music in our short ride from MCO to your parking/rental location.”

“Today my children visited the dentist for the first time. Everyone went above and beyond to make them feel comfortable. The front desk attendants were very helpful. The dental assistants that attended to my kids were excellent! They spoke to my kids about what they were about to do and made them feel extra special! The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything that was going on with my kids' teeth on full detail. I will recommend this dental office to my friends and family.”

“My white 2014 Honda Pilot has nearly 140K miles on it. A few months ago, the paint on the roof started to peel up a bit. I then made the mistake of taking it through an automated car wash, which pulled off the paint in two areas approx 3-4 square inches each just above the windshield. I know it typically takes 3 days to get painting done on a vehicle, and I didn't know when I could be without my Pilot for three days. I recently had a family trip to Boston planned where I would be away for five days, flying out of MCO. So, I found this MAACO location and got setup to get the roof painted while I was away. Pedro was very helpful with the sign-in process, and the vehicle was ready for me, as promised, when I returned to MCO today. I would not say that the work was 'factory perfect' as seen in the photo, but definitely good enough and fairly priced -- it is dramatically better than it was when I brought it in. Thank you, MAACO! “From start to finish our experience with Routes Car Rental in Orlando was... amazing. The shuttle was less than a 5 minute wait (as suggested, I called the number before getting my bag at claim), the car was ready immediately, no line. They require a major credit card for a $500 deposit, reasonable and expected. We were in and out in 15 minutes. Drove a beautiful yellow Jeep down the expressway for 15 minutes and we encountered a massive obstacle of stone and gravel spread over four lanes of traffic which had fallen off a truck. The result was myself and 4 other vehicles with flat tires. I called Routes, Susan was so kind, told me to be safe and suggested I call my road side assistance because I had declined their insurance. Unfortunately my road side assistance resulted in a four hour delay as they had technical difficulties and the communication was very poor. I called Routes multiple times to keep them updated and each time they greeted me calmly and said no worries, we’ll have another Jeep waiting for you upon your return. At 5:00 pm we arrived again, 5 hours later, and by 5:15 we were out the door in a new Jeep. Their patience and understanding was greatly appreciated during a very stressful time. They wished me safe travels and reminded me only good things to come for the rest of the weekend. TheJeep ended up very damaged, flat tire, bent rim, brake damaged, and leaking brake fluid. My insurance will have to be involved I’m sure but I was thankful they didn’t make me wait to discuss what had happened other than the explanation. I was skeptical because of the reviews I read while booking but my experience could not have been better.”
