Oscar has assisted myself and my wife in getting in shape and educating us on how to maintain. He truly comes from the heart of a teacher and is very calm & pleasant to work with. Oscar will personalize a program to fit your needs and physical ability. His belief is keeping you fit without the pain (not the gain without the pain) model that you may find in other gyms... So if you want a personalize program... I would highly recommend Wah Lum FIT...

Oscar is a great coach. He's caring and encouraging. His number 1 focus is health and well-being of his students.
