“Mr. David of Dimon Professional Services is highly experienced and is a hard to find, EXPERIENCED professional in this industry!! We're building a custom home from scratch and have come across many unethical, unprofessional and unskilled contractors. Many arrive at our home and boasts of their umpteen years of experience, how their work is the best in Orlando, how they work for BIG builders and proceeds to name all of the "million dollar" subdivisions and neighborhoods. Some were even referrals. However, they arrive and become overwhelmed if you point out unsatisfactory work. Some cannot finish our jobs but tries to squeeze money out of us to leave. Mr. David arrived at our job in professional attire with his daughter Lisa. We showed him what we would like done and communicated our expectations. He wrote up the estimate and provided our paperwork on the spot. Most contractors had to be asked 3-5 times before even doing that much. We had a conflict on when he was going to start but he stuck to his word and started my job as expected. He showed up to work EVERY SINGLE DAY on time and worked to completion. They would call when they are leaving, how far away they are and asked questions every step of the way to ensure satisfaction. I have NOT received such quality service from many who boasts about their business. It should be mentioned Mr. David was my 3rd painter hired for our job. The second painter caused damage to our home. After hiring Mr. David and observing his work, I realized he was the only one capable enough to produce the quality of work and end result I envisioned. I'm so excited I found him and would recommend him to anyone looking for QUALITY, UNPARALLELED PROFESSIONAL WORK!! He was also very reasonably priced vs other companies in the area.
