“I’ve read the reviews and I’m sure there maybe some legitimate complaints. The laundry business is sensitive and competitive. My experience under the new management has been outstanding. They lost one of my dress shirts. I told the owner I’ll stop by the next time I’m in the area in order to give them time to locate it. I’ve learned that in this case, being angry wasn’t going to solve anything. However, patience will get you everything - most times. Anyhow, a week in a half later. I poked my head in and they located my shirt on top of that, they didn’t charge me for the entire order. Customer service to a “T!” They even creased a pair of my jeans and I HATE creases. Again, they owned it and fixed it. I’m simply saying that working with people versus against people will normally, but not always yield positive results. I’ll continue to support this business so long as I continue to receive the customer service I’m due.”

“This is my 3rd visit to this location (as I've followed Ra, whose been my artist for years). The atmosphere is clean, spacious, and comfortable and the artists go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect for your session. They've even gone as far as handing me the remote to the TV and allowing me to choose what's playing while I'm getting tatted. All of the artists are extremely professional, as they are talented, and greet everyone coming into the shop with enthusiasm and excitement about their new tattoo ideas. “This is a unique establishment in a non descript shopping center at the corner of Old Winter garden road and Hiawassee. Kinda hidden on the side of the plaza. Run by an eccentric guy from Vietnam, it does an amazing job with fresh shellfish. I had Choice B. It combined a pound of snow crab legs with large shrimp, crawfish, and Maryland crabs all in a cajun garlic butter sauce. With perfectly cooked corn on the cob, it was delicious.”
