  We bought the outdoor kitchen in August of this year, and 2 weekends ago the radio just stopped working. I have left messages with no return calls, and tried to e-mail them, but a popup says fix errors and there are no errors. Hopefully they will see this and contact me. Other than this, all has been great. I want to update my experience with this company. They sent us a new stereo, no questions asked and it works great. I will highly recommend them to all my friends. Special thanks to Alaina who got this done. Thank you.

  I just wanted to say thank you to Alex Dimare my salesperson and to the owner of Paradise Grills for offering such excellent product and great customer service. Your pop up facility in Wellington, Florida during December 2018 gave me the chance to view a large selection of your built in grills and inspect the quality of your grills first hand.   I met John from Paradise Grills at the St. Petersburg home show Nov 2018. I was impressed with their product display and the quality of their offerings. Their prices were very reasonable and I purchased the St.Croix model for our new home. Everything about the process was professional and displayed the epitome of customer service. The documentation was clear, the scheduling of delivery was arranged and the follow up by John was the best. I will be making additional purchases from them in the future, and I will recommend my friends do also.
