“I've never had roach issues, just some silverfish, but they're rare. Not bad for the price especially since it's close to campus. Maintenance kinda sucks because they don't really know what they're doing and you have to double check all the fees they charge when you sign your lease. Office staff is friendly and rooms are pretty good for the price.”
