“Stayed here over the weekend and I had a very pleasant time. Carlos checked us in and was very professional and helpful. I forgot to pack something and I went to the pantry store they have in the lobby and I didn’t see what I needed. Carlos asked what it was I needed and went to the back and gave me exactly what I needed. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. I don’t have one complaint. The breakfast was good and filling. I would definitely stay here again and I will be recommending it to friends and family. Oh and the location was perfect!! Plenty stores, attractions, and restaurants.”

They understood and treated us with respect even though I am a Diamond Member. I came to Orlando an inactive Hilton Team Member but have a few upcoming interviews so I know I'll be back on the team shortly and will be back to enjoy this Beautiful Hotel with My Family...T.E.A.M.???? .”
