  This is the best ER Ive ever been to. No waiting. The Dr and nurse were so nice to me and made me feel comfortable. Left with 2 rxs to be filled and given a 3rd while I was there. Willl definitely come here again if need be!

  Had to take my daughter here. And i must say it was a very good experience for her. Everyone in the staff from arriving to end was so nice and understanding, they explained everything that was to be done. Very quick, and so thankful to everyone there.

  1. Reading other reviews, it is literally called the ER at the Lakes. Obviously it is an emergency room.
  
  2. The one issue that I had was being prescribed more insulin than needed. I’m a type one diabetic and told the doctor I had corrected for my high blood sugar recently. My blood sugar wasn’t even 300 and he had the nurse give me 20 units. That’s a lot. I’m working off the assumption that he’s a doctor and knows better than I do so he had a reason. However, my blood sugar did crash pretty hard. That was my one concern, but could totally be beyond my understanding.
  
  3. Everyone was SO nice. I’m used to rude staff in doctors’ offices. The last time I had to visit an ER was years ago and I went to St. Rose. What a horrible experience! It made me nervous to go to another ER. I was expecting a two hour wait, to be rushed, to not be listened to, and to be overall miserable. This was the exact opposite. Every nurse was kind and personable. My doctor was really awesome. He listened to me and didn’t rush me at all. He took the time to check on me and keep me updated. At one point he came in to give me a little update and helped me find my remote! It’s small things like that that show character. He wasn’t looking to empty beds and push people out.
  
  I hope I don’t need an ER again for a good, long while. If I do, however, I will be coming back to this location.

  Food and drink prices were a bit high and the ball weren't the best but still had tons of fun. I guess if I'm expecting to bowl with a great ball I should buy my own.

  It's a nice location and family friendly. You can hang with your friends, family, and coworkers. Lot's of parking!

  It was clean, not crowded, no problems with the lanes. The food was decent and great customer service. The family really enjoyed it. Groupon has a great deal!!
