  Great hotel for going to Universal. The room was nice, beds were comfortable, etc. There were minor inconveniences like the ice machine was literally a quarter of a mile from our room, no towels at the pool, but all in all a nice place. Great pool!

  The customer service was awesome with Brianna. The hotel arcade was cute and fun to explore in. The pool was beautiful at night from our room and was fun to dip in in the morning before check out. I would definitely come back to this hotel if I were to come back to universal!

  If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotels visit RoomBully. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere!
  
  Stayed one night in the hotel during our visit of the Universal Studios. Yes, it's not the most modern hotel BUT it's just a 10 minutes walk to the studios AND the service was great: we were allowed to leave our car at the hotel in the morning although our check-in time was in the afternoon (saved us 20$ for the Universal parking), plus we got our room more than 1 hour prior to the standard check-in time. Every single employee we met was very professional and polite. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Would definitely come back a second time!

  For the money, this is probably one of the best hotels in the area with close access to Universal Studios. Lobby appears to be newly renovated, but the elevators soon show you the older side of this facility. Like the elevators, the rooms are dimly lit, and could definitely use renovation in the very near future. Though the rooms are spacious, the Bathroom area is very small in comparison. The water pressure is high, which is probably better than being too low, but like the room, the area is dated and will not give you the feeling of a 5 star stay. That being said, if you plan on going to Universal Studios, this hotel is a 10 minute walk away, as well as a free shuttle ride away. When staying at the park all day, coming back to this hotel leaves you with clean sheets, hot shower, and a bed, and therefore is a hotel that I would definitely book again.

  Staff is extremely courteous and friendly. Even in the face of system outages, they kept their cool and worked together to get guests accommodated. 2 bedroom suite was as advertised and comfortable. I give it four stars because the furnishings and carpeting in our room were pretty worn. Otherwise, would stay again.
