HEW Fitness

10/10 recommend. I'm not a fan of exercising but the coaches at HEW Fitness are all so supportive and motivating that it makes me want to show up and push myself to be better. I brought a friend with me to the gym for a workout and her reaction was, "Are the people always this nice & cheering each other on?" The answer is yes, the people at HEW Fitness really are that friendly.

Great coaches very fun atmosphere!! 👏 There are so many nice members too. I get excited to see everyone each time I come. Having the workout planned, explained, and demonstrated for us everyday helps make it a lot easier to just come in and get the work done.

If you are looking for a gym that keeps you motivated and pushes to your limit here it is.

If you are looking for a community that is high spirited here it is.

The one thing I love about this gym is that everyday is a new work out, so you do not get bored doing the same routine. If you do want to improve a certain location the coaches can modify the work to work the area you want.

This place has changed my life for the better! Love the environment & the people. This is the place I’ve been looking for! 10/10 recommend

Whether you're a advocate of working or just starting/trying out something new, HewFit Orlando is a great place!!!! I've been going to HewFit about 4 yrs now and everyday is an awesome atmosphere. Whether I'm nursing and injury, having a set goal or going all out, they have the right workout for you. :)
