Alva provided top-notch service, and essentially 'saved the day' upon his speedy and thorough resolution for the issue we were experiencing. “UPDATE: we decided to go back and give it a try. The food was amazing, but the customer service wasn’t all that. Food did take a while to be ready. This place is more of a order and go because no matter where we sat down all the mosquitoes would follow. The “shrimp man” only really acknowledge the people he knew which was cool with me since all I wanted was the food but then again you should always acknowledge everyone, even the new customers coming around. Again food was amazing and I’ll be back but customer service needs some improvement. My fiancé and myself where super excited to go here due to the reviews on IG. We drove an hour and the people there where rude, didn’t let us drive up, almost hit our car. We just drove off and left. The place is confusing, cars don’t fit there, no parking and if there is you have to deal with rude people that don’t even work there. We did not get to try the food and it’s a disappointment but they need a BIGGER location where there is enough parking space and the option to enter and exit without a problem. I will never go back. No food is worth the BS we just had to go through.”
