“Our best McDonald's experience in a long while!! Firstly I'd point out that when we went at the peak of the lunch rush and we saw a manager that was on his freaking game!! We had a special request that we weren't able to put in via our mobile order and he made sure it was communicated to the kitchen staff. Also saw a few other people with there own issues, which were also quickly and efficiently mitigated! As someone who comes from the military and now the Fire Service it was a pleasant surprise to see such top notch leadership, especially given the difficult environment and resources given to him!!
