“The location at Waterford Lakes is ALWAYS super busy, but it is so convenient for us. The reps are usually friendly and eager to help, if and when you can manage to find one available. Geek Squad help is good too, but also super busy. (Last time I was there, I was told that they are no longer a Samsung authorized repair center - only Apple - which is not good for me & my family.). Selection is usually great too, and of they don't have what I am looking for, they usually can find a solid replacement or another local Best Buy that does.”
