  I could not be happier with First Steps. I put my daughter here after a horrible experience with a different daycare and from the moment I toured, I could tell how different and amazing First Steps is. All of the teachers and staff that I met were friendly and kind and seemed to love the kids that they work with. I met with the Executive Director Emily and explained our situation and was met with nothing but compassion. My daughter LOVES coming to "church" every day and this working mom does not worry for a single minute that she is taken care of or safe. The systems that they have in place are fantastic and keep me well informed throughout the day. I would recommend First Steps to anyone and everyone without hesitation. We are blessed to be a First Steps family.

  First let me say i am probably the most over protective/paranoid parent on the planet..my daughter Amelia is 4 and has never even been in a car without me in her entire life..not even with her own dad/my husband..so u can imagine how picky i was when it came to choosing a preschool . i literally toured 9 different schools before choosing this one. So trust me when i say they are fantastic! Ms. Debbie is awesome.. and i not only trust her 100% but my little munchkin loves coming here everyday. They run a tight ship..this is a safe, caring, organized, clean, structured, happy environment. Cameras, locked doors, security and the best part- they send you messages and pictures throughout the day to your phone so u can see how your little one is doing.(grandma even gets pictures and updates sent to her phone!) I highly reccomend this place.

  My daughter started at First Steps early this year. She'd never been to daycare for, but everyone was so friendly, warm and loving that she adapted quickly. Her teachers are amazing and she always comes home so happy. They don't just let the kids run wild either, my 2 year has learned SO much since beginning here. I love the daycare family that she has and I'm so grateful that I didn't jump on the first daycare I visited. I'm so glad that we held out for this one. It's perfect.

  I am beyond grateful that we came across First Steps and decided to take a tour. My daughter started when she was just barely 3 months old and we have been SO happy. Not only does she love her teachers but she interacts with and loves the admin staff too. We are kept up to date on her day through an app that I can check as little or as often as I'd like. Everything is clean and she has so many different toys to play with. When I need to go into work early it's never a problem because they have good hours and I have plenty of time to get there after work. I also love that when my husband drops off or picks up, I can see what time through the app. I've loved the ratios and there have been so many times where my daughter gets one on one time and attention. I get honest reports about how her day went and I have piece of mind throughout my day knowing that she is being well cared for. I absolutely recommend this center.

  I am extremely delighted to have transferred my son from VPK at a Lake County Florida daycare. First Steps has made a huge positive impact in my son's interest to learn, read and even give grace!! Amen to that!!! The staff is always willing to help the parents and care for the children. Extremely recommend this center to all moms/dads. I never had my son cry before for not wanting to leave a daycare as he does here! My five-year-old simply loves this place, his teachers and so do I :-)
