“My daughter received a haircut here the other day. She wanted to have a new look and the stylist did a really nice job for her. When my wife was checking out she was told that a 30% tip was a standard but was told in a way that made her feel very uncomfortable. The amount honestly was not inappropriate it's the way that it was presented. At $95 for a haircut the customer should be able to choose on their own what they decide to tip rather than being pressured or made feel guilty if they don't pay.”
