“While out of town the other day I had an engine light come on in my VW Jetta, and in my panick ( with no reading glasses on) thought it was the transmission light. I Googled VW repair near me. Spoke with them on the phone and then ended up having it towed to VW Euroworks. I assumed I was in for a large repair job.... Only to be pleasantly surprised by the business owner David's call. He explained that it was the light indicator, indicating one or more headlights were out. He told me my rear breaks were almost bare and I'd need front breaks soon. But I could come get the car and have the repairs done closer to my home. Well I was so blown away by his honesty I said " just replace the 2 lights and both sets of breaks" In turn he kept in contact with me and I him. We picked up the car tonight to find David hard at work. There were pictures of his daughter & wife posted on the wall. When I said beautiful pictures, then asked if that was his family he said yes and I have a new 5 month old at home. You could see he was tired but that made him smile. This warmed my heart! It's a blessing to give to a local family business. This is an HONEST MAN! That in itself is rare in the repair business. PLEASE consider giving him your business if you're in need of service. “Ashley was very rude to me. She does not understand customer service, whatsoever! I went in to get a car was and the car was wasnt working. I called and asked for help. She couldnt hear me. The question I needed answered was, when will it be fixed? simple, explanation should have sufficed. Like, I have to get a hold of my manager and she needs to put in a work order, that usually takes about 3 days Do I nessecarily want to come back again, to have it not fixed? No, just a rough estimate in when. Next time it doesnt work, an apolpolgy for your inconvenience and a sign out there saying out of order. Than she assumed that I gave an attitude, when I had to speak louder because she assumed my finger was on the button when it wasn,t and she wasnt giving me detail to when. Then, she said she can give me a rewash voucher. Sure, I couldve come back any other day but, still inconvenient and just paid $10 for nothing. Not getting sympathy and getting come back whenever. Not answering my question what so ever. Rude and spoke over me multiple times you do not argue with guests or speak over them. Ok I spoke to management, I understand why, people go through horrible things, including me and it takes someone to do a great job, like the MOD did. Sorry for the frustration! I rated low again because the same cashier was one again rude. I had a problem with the car wash and needed her help she is a woman that scoffs at people. I really don't like going in and seeing her.”

“Let me first start off by saying avoid big companies for A/C Repair such as #HomeDepot. They ultimately sub-contract the work out anyway. When Home Depot's contractors arrived to investigate a leak in my garage, after an hour the rep proceeded to tell me I needed an entire new A/C unit and began pressing me to finance through Home Depot totaling over 7K. I waited to get a second opinion. The next day it just so happened my Pest Control company identified the leak as coming from the water heater. He was right. Can you imagine had I listened to the rep? I would be out 7 large. That said, I called every local A/C repair company in Winter Garden today to investigate why the outside compressor for my upstairs unit stopped working. Griffith A/C Repair was the most courteous and professional over the phone, so I gave them the first appointment. It's all I needed. Chad was punctual and showed up right on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem, no run around, showed me why it wasn't working, told me what my other options I had, and gave me a very fair price. The entire day I stressed over a possible dishonest or incorrect analysis over what could be wrong and feared I would over pay. I am very very happy with this company. More importantly, I have a trusted source as a go to if there is ever a problem in the future. If you live in Winter Garden and have an A/C problem with your home, do yourself a favor and give them a call. You'll sincerely be glad you did. ”

“I have been coming to Banfield for 17 years since buddy was a puppy, and the last three years I have been to the location in Winter Garden. There, our dog buddy was under the great care of Dr. Anderson, who practices her profession not only with great care but also with great compassion. We met her about two years ago when buddy was not feeling well, and we thought the end was near. She listened to our input and examined him thoroughly. She went over treatment options, and explained everything. Two weeks later buddy was back to new. She continued his care over the last two years and buddy was with us until today. It was time for buddy to find his peace at the age of 17. And even though I had been urged by others to find someone to put buddy to sleep at home in a private setting, there was no one else, I trusted his final moments with, other than Dr. Anderson. Her compassion for our dog but also for our family makes her a great doctor and person. Staff members like Julie make all he difference. I am not sure if I will get another dog anytime soon, but I am forever great full for the care we received for our Buddy. Thank you Dr. Anderson and staff at Banfield in Winter Garden Village.”
