(July 28, 2018, 11:23 pm)This place is awesome it's what every family needs on a vacation! ???? I love the decor of the room's and the large spaces. Also the privacy of bathroom in each bedroom. This place is very secure and gated for families who is looking for security. Everything is convenient and comfortable, I will definitely make Summerville Resort my home away from home!
(June 29, 2018, 6:05 pm)The location is great! Everything we needed to accommodate our stay was extremely close by. The resort was also really clean and we'll furnished! They even brought in our luggage! I would definitely recommend this resort!
(June 27, 2018, 3:47 pm)Very beautiful but this place is built mainly for people to buy and decorate for their enjoyment.
You can rent this out once you have purchased it but the HOH costs are very high and are not included into the rent that someone pays staying in your home.
Right now of the condo Apartments have been bought by the British and the Brazilians it has a beautiful pool and it has a phase 2 going up.
It's out of my price range but something brand new and only living in a part of the year is not my idea of a vacation home.
