We walked in needing a service that would take a while, and as we entered the store, Viviana was extremely sweet and welcoming, not irritated or annoyed by us walking in 5 minutes before closing whatsoever. She thoroughly helped us and went above and beyond, regardless of her mother and store manager asking her when she will be leaving work.
