“First time walk in customer. Warm greeting, listened to my problem, looked at my vehicle and brought a technician out to examine. Since it was a small fix, they said they could fix, if I could wait 15 minutes. Ten minutes later Eric came out, introduced himself, and had the job done expeditiously. Staff and then Eric gave explanation, which was professional and easy to understand. Front end staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Price for work done was fair and reasonable. All in all a surprisingly great experience. I will surely utilize Eric’s Wrench again and again.”
