As most great companies or business they made some new changes this year to upgrade the patient experience. Prior to anyone writing a negative review I would recommend you go to the website with your concern and let the Doctor know what the issue is during my last visit the wait was a little longer due to the changes taking place but I was also given extra time and the followup was amazing when using the portal.
