“When I walked into Public Storage, I was a little worried with reading the reviews on consumer affairs but I looked up this location and seen nothing but amazing reviews. Once I entered, I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Marlon. He was very sweet, knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. He got up from his seat and immediately greeted me which felt amazing because usually you walk into a place and the employees seem like they don’t want to be bothered but not with Marlon. He gave me all the information I needed in order to make the best decision. He told me about all the fees and different units they had available and even took me on a tour. The facility was Extremely clean and looked well maintained. After coming back in, the rental process was super fast and Marlon had amazing customer service skills. He was never distracted and gave me 100% of his attention, which was a huge relief. I recommend this location and will mention it to all of my friends, family, and co-workers. I had nothing but great service and a wonderful experience!!!!”

I assumed I would get a very quick they all want to close soon type of pedicure but it was one of the best pedicures I have ever had! Vivian stayed almost an hour past close making my toes look beautiful and even made time for a manicure. She is wonderful and the salon is beautiful! ”
