  Condos were nice, pools were awesome!! Having to wait 3 hours to get into our condo was unacceptable!!! Then checking out this morning we were charged for 2 nights of parking and we were on there on night.

  Very nice place to unwind. Beach access and many things to do within resort including water slides make it a fun place to spend your holidays. It's a little far off from the city and eating joints and the hotel food and drinks are unreasonably expensive. We had a minor bad experience with the in room bar and snacks, we did not use any item but on check out we were told we had consumed couple of items. Although they corrected it later but this experience took the shine away from the whole experience.

  Super hotel. Enjoyed a four-night stay in a two-bedroom unit. Rooms were great and the staff throughout the hotel was fantastic. Nice resort offerings, including two pools and private beach. No complaints. Many compliments.

  I recently booked an appointment at the spa and when I arrived, the receptionist in the spa did not have my reservation. I panicked because I had given my CC over the phone and my voucher was going to expire soon. After some digging, Jasmin found that my reservation was made incorrectly, extended my voucher, sent me a confirmation for a new appointment and kept her cool. I came back for my appointment and Gloria was an exceptional masseuse. She put me at ease and as a customer, it is always great to see that the person working with you loves their job. These 2 ladies made my experience and I will be sure to return and recommend!
