“I just moved to West Palm and found one of the best authentic Mexican spots! Great prices for the food! I'm Mexican myself and super happy I found this. I also want to add that they opened a restaurant location at 5075 Okeechobee Blvd same hours of operation. Same friendly staff and amazing Food!”

“This place is fantastic. My boyfriend goes here and sees the same woman every time and every single time she does the same exact style (which he requests unless he's trying a new one & in that case he asks for her advice and she helps him figure out what he wants and does a great job with every change of style) and when he gets the same exact cut (he's done lately) she never fails to make him look phenomenal and feel so confident. It's perfect every single time. I wish I remembered her name but she's the really pretty young lady in the middle chair on the left side of the shop. 20 stars! Place is nothing fancy but it's friendly and always a short quick wait (If there's even a wait at all) but in this place's case; the simpler, the better. Who needs a flashy place when you get top quality service every single time and feel like you fit in along with every other customer coming from all walks of life. Lastly, for the great work they do for my man, their prices are a steal... Can't beat their less than $20 price for a great cut AND beard shave/trim/shapeup. And that 20 includes a $4-6 tip that he leaves. (Not 100% sure on exact prices of his cuts) ... In conclusion- Love this place!! Highly recommend!!!!!!!”

“We were in from Texas, with a flight home in 6 days, passport expired so our ship left w/o us. Ya, we had a problem on. Everything for the next 6 days had been pre-paid, so it wasn’t like we had a huge budget to cover the cost of two for a week in a town in a state neither of us knew at all. After spending night one in a Hilton at over $250. I decided to go Boho and instructed my daughter to find us a place. She’s all, “Okay mom, there the famous old hotel on Palm Beach, and they will give us a break on a double room! We can stay all 4 nights for $1500! That’s like a night for free!” Ya, sure. Let’s go check in, millennial. So, I again said that I wanted a cute cottage LESS EXPENSIVE MOTEL than The Dang Breakers! We had a dodgy rental car with the check engine light ...... ANYWAY, LONG STORY SHORT: We called the El Patio after driving by it. I thought it was cute. The manager called us back, and we agreed to meet that afternoon. So we’d really called all 4 or 5 of the similar bungalow-type motels we’d passed on the way to the beach from the airport car place, and El Patio was the only one who called and COULD meet us, and DID have a room for two. We got there, and talked and told the manager our predicament, and were then shown the sweetest, comfiest, cutest cottage....and we then “made a deal” for the great space at a great price. El Patio treated us well, they gave us a clean, air-conditioned, cozy but spacious bungalow we called home for the next 4 days n’ nights. We had a wonderful time, and felt safe (given the rather questionable neighborhood corner hangouts). We were able to grocery shop nearby, and filled the fridge and had everything we needed for the rest of our wonderful stay in west and palm beach. It was a great base to go from, and a happy place to return to after every interesting and fun filled day. The beach and downtown were near, and the manager clued us in to local highlights. We found west palm beach and palm beach to be welcoming, both full of great places to eat, to shop, and to learn. We thank El Patio and commend the manager for the care and thoughtfulness we were shown throughout our stay. I’d like to keep the place a secret, but for those among you who’ve got the spirit in you, El Patio Motel is quite the Boho crib, a nice space to call your own while away from home. Thank you, D.E.B. and host. We can’t wait to return next summer, and winter. Best regards, “Texas”.”
