Okeeheelee Park

I bicycle regularly to this wonderful park and it is always a great experience. Aside from the beautiful public golf course it has tennis courts, frisbee golf, a large dog park, paddle boat & kayak rentals and an excellent exercise track. This park is popular for picnics and organized soccer teams. The nature center has interesting exhibits and informed rangers. It is an amazing park that was built on an old trash site. A gem of Palm Beach County.

Walked in Okeeheelee South. Parking by the boat ramp and nice restrooms. Paved and natural trails for walking/hiking. Also equestrian and biking trails

I actually went here today and it was as beautiful as ever great location to bring your family to enjoy the outdoors. Every Wednesday and Thursday they have animal feedings which is pretty awesome.

The best thing about this park is that there is something for everyone four examples, biking, kayaking, nature trail, exercise Trail. They even allow fishing and plenty of pavilions for events

This place is enormous and there's so much to do whether it's water sports or nature walks. I don't know if I'm saying this right but they have
a BMX track. .South of Forest Hills is an equestrian facility.
You can bring your own speed boat and water ski in designated locations. You can rent at a reasonable price paddle boats, canoes, kayaks and bicycles. Get into an interesting conversation with the owner Roger. Plenty of picnic tables dot the area, bike paths, walking/jogging paths. There are soccer fields, baseball, football, tennis courts, nature walks and an educations building (say hello to Susan). I love that there is a beautiful shaded area for dogs with a lolly lock in. Big dogs and small dogs each have there own area. There is fishing and several gym sets for the children. If you want the outdoors, this is a place to come whether to have fun or just quiet time to contemplate the universe. Don't forget the beautiful well manicured golf course, club house with cafe and pro shop.

This is the best park I've been to in Palm Beach County! Everything about it is 100% 5 star quality. Access to tons of excellent facilities for a wide assortment of sports and recreation for young, old, and all of us in between. Many thanks to the Park Rangers who are awesome too. They keep the park feeling safe with all good vibes. They are all very friendly and also happy to provide a map if needed.
