My first meeting and interview with Jessica Hernandez clinched it. She has such warmth, love and compassion for not only our residents but her caregivers as well. I loved my time there with all of our residents. They became my family . We spent a lot of quality time with each one of them. Some of my favorite times was looking through family photos and they would tell me such wonderful stories about their families. Our mealtime was family time as caregivers and clients ate all together at the dining room table. I miss all of them and being a part of such a wonderful work environment.”
