She has a well rounded coaching staff that are tough when they need to be and can get the kids to do what needs to be done to improve their skills. “My fitness assessment was done by Brianna. I have played golf most of my life, stayed in pretty good shape but I have never been tested like I was during my assessment. Brianna was excellent, very detailed in what was going to be done and why. I was checked for balance, flexibility, range of motion from head to toe. I was very impressed on the thoroughness of the exam. I came away with a better understanding of where my strengths and weaknesses were. Next step will be to begin training sessions and learn what I need to do to get the most out of my body for golf. I highly recommend going for the assessment and then decide where you want to go from there. I want to get my body in the best condition it's ever been in for golf and I feel like this is the place to do it.”

“I've been working out here for about a year. Twice weekly 30 minute workouts have made me much stronger for my job and for playing with my kids. I like the balance of flexibility and accountability. I don't feel bad texting my trainer when kids or work get in the way, but I don't want to slack off and let him and the owners down either. “On vacation and forgot to pack my contacts! Called my clinic and of course my prescription expired! I needed a full exam and trial contacts asap. Contacted 3 offices at 8PM via their website or email since they were closed. Eyes of Jupiter, the super friendly staff contacted me 1st thing in the AM and got me in at 2PM. Dr Joel Hersch is an amazing Dr. Personable, helpful and very thorough! Come to find out my regular Dr was over correcting my eyes. A very drastic outcome as I was starting to need cheaters to read. Dr Hersch dialed me right in. Gave me trials to wear while on vacation. Very reasonable cost and I now have to travel to Jupiter for my annual exam! Lucky me because it's a perfect excuse to get out of the frozen MN weather! THX Doc! Your the best!”

I was refereed to Dr. Freedman’s practice in April and after meeting with him and his wonderful staff, I started making some changes in my medication and added a new medication that has changed the way my body reacts to pain. His associate Megan is a wonderful, caring person who takes the time to speak and listen to your needs. Now 6 months later I am still living with pain but managing much better with much less needs for pain medication. I highly recommend this practice.”
