“I am a 42 years young mother of two. What I love about Orangetheory is that aside from all the positive health benefits, it gives me a space where I get to reconnect with myself and my mind. I am passionate about this physical adventure that has helped me in so many ways and given me balance and positive energy. I struggled with weight almost all my life until one day I woke up and decided not to be a victim anymore and take care of my body. Eating healthy and exercising was essential to get out of my poor habits. Throughout the years, I had multiple personal trainers and did CrossFit but they did not work for me and I was close to giving up before a friend told me about Orangetheory. I never really worked on endurance as much as I work on it now. With discipline and perseverance, I am accomplishing what I never believed was possible thanks to the great coaches that motivate me and encourage me. “I've been to a few Chiro's in my day and I have to say after seeing dr. Rappaport that he is amazing! I had chronic pain in my neck when I started seeing him to the point where i was taking non narcotic pain medication. It was bad. With regular adjustments after the Dr. got to know my body and specific needs I'm happy to say the pain is completely gone. Now I just go in for basically "maintenance". I also have to mention that I feel a hundred percent better every time I leave. Also must mention that the rest of the office staff is as amazing as the Dr. Himself. Can't go wrong here. I recommend them a thousand times over.”

“Hoping my Dr has another option for me. Booked today's appointment a week ago at 2:15 pm for an MRI. Called this morning to make sure the appointment was still at the time set since I travel 40 minutes from work to get there. I arrive at my scheduled time to hear that the equipment was broken. Certainly understandable, machines break. When I tell them I called at 11:45 to confirm my appointment, they ask me who I talked to because they knew in the morning that it was broken. Unacceptable! ***Updated my review today 7/11/18 - DCA went out of their way to correct this situation. We're all human and make mistakes, true character is shown when you take ownership and make corrections. Thank you for taking care of me so quickly - it shows your team truly cares.”
