(December 1, 2017, 10:47 am)Seraphim William Davidson doesn't exist in any of our sales reports or data bases of Jade Market Hong Kong. There is no information provided in his complaint to identify the order in question, the specific item or date of the sale. This appears to be a fake customer, perhaps an intentional bad review by a competitor. We have been in business for more than 20 years and this is the only complaint we have had posted. I welcome this Davidson person, or whoever he is, to reach out to us and give us enough information that we can investigate his claims. The results of our investigation will be displayed here.
